The ENPM was founded in 1991. It is a meeting platform to efficiently plan and provide digital network resources between telecommunication network operators  such as dimensioning of bilateral network crossings, interconnection capacities, dedicated transit routes and Pan-European networks / PoP interconnections. Network and interconnection capacity information is exchanged and decisions are made during the annual meeting.  It is held every year in late September and is hosted by a voluntary host carrier.

Once a year each member carrier has to update data and maps about its network ( border crossings, PoPs, international network layout and interconnection dimensioning) and send it to the meeting organisation team well in advance in order to properly prepare the annual meeting.

At present 63 network operators from almost all European countries are members -  fixed network, mobile and IP-carriers.

Membership is open to licenced international telecommunications operators in Europe registered with the ITU or who can prove with a national licence. If you are interested to join please click the below contact button.
